In many cases, condominiums and townhouses provide many of the amenities and services you would normally find in an apartment community, allowing you more time to tend to your family and career.

If you’re looking for private land with a single-family dwelling, $650,000 or more can get you a three-bedroom, two-bathroom ranch-style home on several acres.
